Spring Elise (Valerie Allen Original)
These wraps are our new, originally manufactured prodcuts. We worked with our favorite manufacturer to create a nail wrap that is super strong, shiny, and simple to apply!
Our original product takes the best things about existing wraps and combines them for a product that:
- Has ultimate staying power with a super-strong adhesive that will keep your wraps in place until you choose to remove them (BTW, we recommend doing so every 7 days or so!)
- Helps hide those imperfections and create that lovely smooth surface effect by adding a bit of volume to the nail
- Flexibly shapes itself to your nail bed for a perfect fit each time
- Comes in great sizes
- Is designed to work on the hand - not just on the card, with care taken to imagine how one might apply designs and colors in combination
- Contains a super shiny top coat that can be worn all on its own or in combination with your own favorite additions
100% Nail Polish Application & Removal
Application
To apply nail wraps, carefully complete the following steps:
- Wash your hands and clean your nails of any old polish. If desired, use an alcohol wipe.
- Gently push back your cuticles to avoid contact with the wrap.
- Choose a wrap that fits the nail side-to-side. When in doubt, choose a wrap that is slightly smaller than the nail. If necessary, choose a larger wrap and cut it to shape before applying.
- Remove the wrap from the backing, and press onto the nail, starting at the cuticle edge on one side, and focusing upon first one side of the wrap, then the other.
- Ensure the edges of the wrap are carefully pressed down using your fingers, an orange stick, or a rubber cuticle pusher.
- Trim the excess using scissors, clippers, or by filing with a downward motion. Finish shaping the nail.
- Repeat with all nails
- Add a top coat of your choice to ensure they last!
Removal:
Nail wraps can be removed using nail polish remover to dissolve the wrap and adhesive, or using oil to counteract the adhesive.
- Polish Remove: Soak a cotton ball in the polish remover of your choice, and press onto the nail for several minutes to dissolve the wrap an adhesive. You may use tin foil, or plastic clips to hold the cotton ball in place.
- Oil Remove: Apply an oil of your choice (such as coconut, cuticle, etc.) to the nail bed where the wrap has been lifted. Using a gentle implement (such as an orange stick or rubber cuticle pusher) begin to gently and slowly work the oil into the edges of the wrap so that it may affect the adhesive and allow you to lift the wrap off without damage.
In general, it is best to avoid peeling wraps off the nail to avoid damage.
