Onyx and Moondust (ZB-Series)
ZB nail wraps are extremely popular around the world because they have hundreds of fun designs, and are thin, flexible, and melt onto the nail for a seamless application. In our experience, these nail wraps last an incredibly long time because they are not prone to lifting or catching. This style comes with 16 double-sided individual nail wraps, each of which may be long enough to complete two fingers if your nails are on the shorter side. The solid color ranges are richly saturated and the design printing is clean and consistent. Choose a few colors that coordinate so that you can use leftover wraps together, or purchase one of our coordinate bundles (we've done the thinking for you!)
100% Nail Polish Application & Removal
Application
To apply nail wraps, carefully complete the following steps:
- Wash your hands and clean your nails of any old polish. If desired, use an alcohol wipe.
- Gently push back your cuticles to avoid contact with the wrap.
- Choose a wrap that fits the nail side-to-side. When in doubt, choose a wrap that is slightly smaller than the nail. If necessary, choose a larger wrap and cut it to shape before applying.
- Remove the wrap from the backing, and press onto the nail, starting at the cuticle edge on one side, and focusing upon first one side of the wrap, then the other.
- Ensure the edges of the wrap are carefully pressed down using your fingers, an orange stick, or a rubber cuticle pusher.
- Trim the excess using scissors, clippers, or by filing with a downward motion. Finish shaping the nail.
- Repeat with all nails
- Add a top coat of your choice to ensure they last!
Removal:
Nail wraps can be removed using nail polish remover to dissolve the wrap and adhesive, or using oil to counteract the adhesive.
- Polish Remove: Soak a cotton ball in the polish remover of your choice, and press onto the nail for several minutes to dissolve the wrap an adhesive. You may use tin foil, or plastic clips to hold the cotton ball in place.
- Oil Remove: Apply an oil of your choice (such as coconut, cuticle, etc.) to the nail bed where the wrap has been lifted. Using a gentle implement (such as an orange stick or rubber cuticle pusher) begin to gently and slowly work the oil into the edges of the wrap so that it may affect the adhesive and allow you to lift the wrap off without damage.
In general, it is best to avoid peeling wraps off the nail to avoid damage.
